Moving announcements to the forum
Effective immediately, we will be switching from posting announcements as articles on the support site to posts in the forum. There are two reasons for this:
- Moving to the forum will hopefully showcase the availability of the forum for users who want to communicate with us and each other.
- As mentioned in our March 19, 2020 postmortem, we want a way to quickly notify users asking for support when there is a known disruption, so that our support doesn't become overwhelmed. Zendesk allows quickly redirecting incoming tickets to a forum post, which will accomplish this goal.
We look forward to communicating with you on the forum!
