Why am I limited to 10 printers?

Due to restrictions in the underlying technology,  users are limited to 10 printers redirected to the online E-Catalog. When we detect more than 10 printers installed on your system, we will show a warning letting you know which printers will be redirected. Here's how the 10 printers are chosen:

• The first printer redirected will always be your default printer. If there's a printer you need to make sure can be used with the E-Catalog, set that one as your default printer. More information on how to do that can be found on Microsoft's website.
• The rest of the redirected printers are chosen from your list of installed printers in alphabetical order.

If you're looking to email or save a quote as a PDF, remember that you may use the E-Catalog's native email and generate PDF functionality without having to redirect your printers.
