This code might be generated because the user is connecting to an old server for the E-Catalog and they need to update their AutoLaunch version of the E-Catalog. Updating the AutoLaunch will guarantee that you are logging into the correct server and will have access to all your project files, both historical and current, as well as multipliers.
You should click “Yes” to the download when presented the pop-up. At this point, the AutoLaunch will either automatically launch and begin to install, or it might download the file to your Downloads folder. If you don’t see it start within a few moments, go to your Downloads folder, which can be accessed by clicking on the folder icon on your taskbar (see below).
Once in the Downloads folder, look for a file called Setuprdp.exe, which is the AutoLaunch file that will update your E-Catalog. You will need to double-click this file to begin the installer.
From there, you will be prompted through the installer. Once it has completed (Finish), you will be updated and can launch your E-Catalog.
