The usage component allows you to see an overview of how often your version of the E-Catalog is launched. A launch is counted whenever someone logs into the E-Catalog, so if a person closes and opens their E-Catalog 20 times a day, they would count as 20 launches, whereas a retailer who launches it once a day and everyone shares would count as one launch.
Upon opening the usage component you're greeted by a graph of all E-Catalog launches at the bottom, and a list of your branches at the top. For distributors with multiple branches, you're able to select individual branches to view launches for, or you can use the shift and command keys to select multiple branches. "All" is the default, and will show an overview of all branches.
You may use your mouse to zoom in, zoom out, and pan the graph. You may also place your mouse where you would like to look and use the mouse wheel to to zoom in and out.
If you'd like to look at a more detailed view of a day, mouse over a particular point and click on it. You'll be taken to a detailed view of that day. Here, you'll be able to sort by how often retailers are launching the E-Catalog.
Note that some times you may see users files under undefined or notSet. This usually means they are launching the Desktop version and do not have their personal information setup. To fix this, make sure the users of your E-Catalog are filling out their personal information.
