Identify where the project files are on the user’s computer
Click on File Explorer icon on the bottom taskbar
Go to the top of the window under Frequent Folders and click inside the Search field:
In the search field, type *.ecp
This will find the location of all of your E-Catalog project files on your computer.
Once you are in the folder where your project files are kept, you will need to compress these files (using WinZip* or any other program for compressing files). You will need to attach the zipped folder to your email. Once you have done that, email them to Millwork Development support. (support@millworkdevelopment.com) Note, if you have a large number of files (more than X, it may be easier to use File Upload link below:
Once Millwork Development has received the files, we will upload them to the server, so they will be available to you when logging into E-Catalog using the Web or AutoRDP applications. From the time Millwork Development receives the files, it will take approximately 2 hours before the files will be available.

*To compress your project files, select all of the project files (select one and hold down the shift-key and select the last one). This should highlight all of the files. While they are highlighted, click the right-hand button on your mouse and select Send To and then Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a zipped folder containing all of your project files. To help us identify your configurator for uploading, please use the following naming convention when naming your zipped folder (name of retailer (all lowercase)_your email address).
