Today, Millwork Development would like to announce the availability of our new E-Catalog Management Application. The management application is designed to allow our distributor customers to manage many aspects of the E-Catalog in one place, with more features to be added as time comes.
Here are some of the optional features which can be managed with the new management application:
- Reviewing both submitted and pending orders
- Managing ads in the E-Catalog
- Seeing how many of yours users have used the E-Catalog
- Much more!
A particularly interesting feature which we think users will like is the ability to offer customer service and support directly to the E-Catalog. From the management application, users will be able to view who is currently logged onto the E-Catalog and chat with them live.
Additionally, users of the management app are able to set a startup message which will be sent to users of the E-Catalog upon login. This can be useful for notifying users of industry or supply-chain updates.
