NOTE: This article is specific to the AutoRDP version of the E-Catalog.
Occasionally, an issue arises where a customer will click on the E-Catalog, but the click is not registered where they expect. For example, you may click on a button but find that the button under the one you meant to click was selected.
We see this issue arise when a customer has their Windows taskbar on the left, right, or top of their screen. We recommend moving the Windows taskbar back to the bottom of the screen in order to fix this issue. Here is how to move the task bar back to the bottom of the screen.
NOTE: These instructions are for Windows 10. The process is similar but different on previous versions of Windows.
- Right-click on the taskbar
- Click Taskbar Settings
- Scroll down to Taskbar location on screen. It will be about half-way down the page.
- Click to change the location to Bottom
Now that your task bar is moved, restart the E-Catalog and the problem should be resolved.
