NOTE: This article only applies to the desktop version of the E-Catalog.
We may occasionally push updates to the E-Catalog in order to fix problems or add enhancements to the E-Catalog itself. When this happens, users will see a box pop up when the E-Catalog starts up prompting them to update.
To start the update process, click the yes button. This will launch your default web browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Etc.) and begin downloading a new E-Catalog. You will be prompted on how to start the download based on your browser.
On Internet Explorer clicking Run will download then run the installer. | ![]() |
On Firefox click Save File then double-click the installer from your downloads folder. | ![]() |
On Chrome downloads appear as a bar on the bottom of the screen. When the download is done, click on the download to launch it. | ![]() |
Once the file has been download and ran, the update will start. For a guide on walking through the E-Catalog installer, see Installing the E-Catalog.
